Directions

Ocean View Farm is 35km south of Puerto Princesa and the International Airport. To drive here access the South National Highway and drive approx 40min south to the 30km marker in the village of Luzvuiminda. Take a left and drive 5km until you see our sign on the right. Take the right and go 400m to our front gate. You can also take the Ferry from the Fishport in Puerto Princesa by the Old Market. They depart hourly to Mangingisda and cost P40. For an additional P40 you can board with a motorcycle. It's about 45min port to port.

Neighborhood

This property is within the city limits of Puerto Princesa but is still rural and undeveloped for the most part. We live in the midst of many species of tropical birds. Cockatoo are frequent visitors as well eagles, hawks, fruit bats, owls and many variety of mangrove and sea birds. Mornings are a symphony of bird songs. Puting Buhangin (White Sand) Beach is walking distance. A great place to enjoy the day swimming and snorkeling the coral clusters. Turtle Bay is just a short walk south and has sea otters as well as dolphins and the occasional whale shark. Massively thick mangroves surround the peninsula. Wild life is abundant. There is an open market nearby with fresh vegetables, fruit and fish. There are also a few small resorts with restaurants and bars close by.

Location! Location! Location! Palawan has been rated the #1 Island Destination in the World by various travelogues. In 2019 it’s rated #2. Affectionately known as The Last Frontier, it is truly a magical place. From our location it is a 4.5hr drive north to El Nido and a similar drive to the southern tip of the island. To reach the beaches of the South China Sea is a 1hr drive west. Both east and west coasts are lined with beautiful remote beaches. Investing in Palawan is a win-win! Developers are rapidly taking advantage of future plans for the area as the future go to island playground for SE Asia. The cost to build is increasing exponentially.
