This Mediterranean style house with guest cottages on two hectres is located 35km south of Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Philippines on the Mangingisda peninsula. It’s across the bay to the south of the city. It’s a 45min drive on the National Highway to the city and the International Airport or a 45min Ferry ride across the bay. The property consists of 4 buildings: a 4-story main house, 2-story view deck and utility building and 2 guest cottages.

The main house has a two floors of living quarters that can be used as a single house or two apartments. The 1st floor has a full screened in kitchen, living room and a master bedroom with full ensuite bath and walk-in closet. The 2nd floor has a master bedroom with full ensuite bath including cast iron tub, closet and living room. Access is through 2 sliding glass doors in the bedroom and living room. All buildings were built to Western quality standards by the owner on site, designing and managing every detail. The structures are built to withstand the strongest storms with concrete and steel.
